Articles

There are accepted for publication articles:

- Only in English;  

- Related to all fields of public, applied, natural and humanitarian science. There are not considered for publishing articles related to the so-called “alternative science”- astrology, parapsychology, bioenergy-informational fields and other related themes. The publication of survey articles is possible after the assessment of the publisher and the editors;  

- The authors and the reporters obligatory define the appurtenance of every publication to a definite field of science on the grounds of the content of the publication and the scientific indexes;  

- There are not accepted for publication articles, which have been published in other journals. This does not concern articles which are given as reports or posters of symposiums, conferences or congresses;

- The publication of articles in “Journal of International Research Publications” does not exclude succeeding publications in other scientific journals. If such publication is made without changes the electronic “Journal of International Research Publications” is pointed as a prime source;  

- The published articles in “International scientific publications” can be revised and published again but not earlier than a calendar year from the date of giving it for publication.

Reviewing - the publisher has the right to submit for reviewing the articles, without asking for consent of the authors; articles, written by the members of the Bulgarian Scientific Academy and by members of the official national scientific academies of other countries are not reviewed;

Requirements to the publications;

The quotation of the publications and their bibliographic description are made in accordance to the International standard ISO 690-2;

Explanations: no. 1_2000_BG is the number of the publication; [cited 15.05.2000]- when the article is published, if it is changed, the date of the last change is pointed [updates 15.05.2000].

Статии

Приемат се за публикации статии:

- само на английски език;

- отнасящи се до всички области на обществените, приложните, естествените и хуманитарни науки. Не се разглеждат за публикуване статии по така наречените "алтернативни науки" - астрология, парапсихология, биоенергоинформационни полета и други подобни теми. Възможна е публикацията на обзорни статии по преценка на издателя и редакцията;

- авторите и рецензентите определят задължително принадлежността на всяка публикация към определена област на науката въз основа съдържанието на публикацията и на научните индекси;

- не се приемат за публикация статии, които вече са били поместени в други списания. Това не се отнася за статии, които са представени като доклади или постери на симпозиуми, конференции или конгреси;

- издаването на статии в "Международни научни публикации" не изключва последващи публикации в други научни списания. Ако такава публикация се прави без изменения, електронното списание "Международни научни публикации" се посочва като първоизточник;

- издадените статии в "Международни научни публикации" могат да бъдат преработвани и отново публикувани, но не по-рано от една календарна година от дата на представяне за публикуване.

Рецензиране - издателят си запазва правото да възлага за рецензиране статиите, без да е необходимо да иска съгласието на авторите; не се рецензират статии на членовете на БАН и членове на официалните национални академии на науките на други държави;

Цитирането на публикациите и тяхното библиографско описание се извършват в съответствие с международния стандарт
